COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This island property is just a half kilometre by boat from a marina and a general store. A community centre with snack bar, evening movies, square dancing, swimming and sailing lessons is on an island 1 km away.
The famous St.-Peters-on-the Rock Ecumenical Church is also on a nearby island. The owner will assist you in getting to the island and settled and he lives 1 km from the marina with help at any time.
The living room is warm and inviting with ceiling to floor windows, a large stone fireplace, a sofa and love seat, a couple of extra chairs and a television with DVD and a satellite dish.
There is a nicely equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and the ever popular dishwasher. In addition, elsewhere there is a washer / dryer for all your laundry needs.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with 2 twin size beds, a sleeping loft with a king size sofa bed and there is a private guest suite which has a king size bed and an en suite washroom.
