COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
Country Elegance With Many Extras !!!
The living room comes with over stuffed sofas, a small TV with satellite dish and a wood burning fireplace.
The well equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher and an eat at side bar for the kids and early morning breakfasts. In addition there is a dining area just of the kitchen with a good size harvest table with seating for six.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 7 in a king size, 2 sets of twin size bunks. There is also a double size pull out sofa if needed. In addition there is a bunkie with a set of bunks with a double bottom and single top. There is a walkout to your own private, furnished balcony of the master bedroom, perfect for that late evening cocktail or that early morning coffee. There is also a television in the master with satellite dish for your viewing pleasure. There is a bathroom on each level, one with twin sinks and a shower and the other being a full four
piece bathroom with twin sinks. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.
The screened sunroom will surely please with large table and seating for 4 and an additional 4 chairs if needed.
Outside
Situated on Soyers Lake which is part of the famous 5 lake chain which runs between Haliburton Village and Minden, this cottage is in a park like setting with a pretty view of the bay, flat, groomed, grassed in play area, a rocky shoreline with gradual entry with soft bottom, excellent swimming off the dock, row boat with oars, a paddleboat, a floating swim raft for that perfect tan and a fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts.
