COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This cottage will have you wanting to stay for a few extra days !!!.

The spacious living room comes with a sofa, love seat, two chairs, a large stone, wood burning fireplace and an entertainment centre with a good size television, VCR and DVD. The floor to ceiling windows provide a nice view of the property and lake beyond.

There is an additional sitting area inside the front door which doubles as a small games room with a well stocked selection of board games provided by the cottage owner.

The well equipped kitchen comes with everything you will need in a kitchen during your vacation including a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a dishwasher. Elsewhere in the cottage there is a full size washer / dryer for all your laundry needs.

The roomy master bedroom sports a queen size bed, a deacons bench at the end of the bed and a small table and chairs that completes this well furnished bedroom. Just off the bedroom there is a 3 piece en suite bathroom
with stand up shower for your convenience.

There are an additional 3 bedrooms in the cottage with 2 queen size beds and a bunk room with a set of double bottom and single top bunk bunks as well as another set of single bunks giving this cottage a capacity of 11 sleeping places and there is a double hidabed sofa if needed.

Outside:

This cottage has a delightful screened in sun room for your lounging comfort in the evenings with a table and 6 chairs. The deck is next and it is huge with a number of loungers, a table and umbrella and of course a propane barbeque for the family Chef. As you make your way to the shoreline, you will pass the badminton and volleyball net, your outdoor fire pit for the kids marshmallow roasts and a horseshoe pit when the competitive juices move you. At the shore there is a nice gradual entry with sandy / soft bottom and a large dock where you will find your canoe and kayak for your on water fun. Don't forget your fishing gear because there are lake trout, bass and whitefish in the shimmering waters of Gull Lake. The lake is about 9 km long which makes it one of the larger lakes in the Haliburton Highlands.
