COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This air conditioned cottage is spectacular and ready for the executive family
looking to experience the Haliburton Highlands in all it's four season glory.



The most comfortable living room comes furnished in over stuffed leather sofas
in front of a stunning stone fireplace and a large screen television with DVD and satellite reception.



The gourmet kitchen has everything the chef of the family will need for an enjoyable experience while in the kitchen. This includes an island food prep area as well as a stainless steel fridge, stove,
dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and all the pots, pans, dishes and
cutlery required. Just off the kitchen there is a delightful dining area to seat 6 in comfort.



This is a brand new cottage which has just been finished so the bedrooms are still a little under furnished but rest assured that there will be end tables and bureaus for your arrival at this outstanding cottage. The master
bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk out to your own deck off the master. The other
2 bedrooms have a queen size and a set of bunks with a double bottom and single top.
The cottage also has two 4 piece bathrooms for your convenience.


In addition, on the upper level there is a loft which has a double futon sofa bed if needed as well as a leather sectional sofa and an air hockey game to test your eye hand coordination. The view from the loft is great as you
look down to the living room or out the front and back windows to the lake and property beyond.


Outside:

This most attractive cottage is on 300 acres of property so there is much to explore. As you exit the cottage there is large wrap around deck and screened in porch for your lounging pleasure. When you arrive there will lots of lounge chairs to go with the great hot tub and of course there is a serious propane barbeque for Chef Bear. At the lakefront there is a dock where you will find your canoe for your on water pleasure. This private lake is stocked with trout and bass so don't forget your fishing gear. And what other cottage property has it's own 4 kilometre nature trail for all to enjoy? In addition there is a horeseshoe pit for your enjoyment. We hasten to add that this cottage is very appropriate for mature students attending the Haliburton School of Art. All campuses are within a 15 minute drive of the cottage. If golf is your passion, there is a 9 hole golf course within minutes of the cottage and there are several other golf courses within the Haliburton Highlands.
