COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

Upper Level
This most comfortable living room is decorated with leather sofas, a stone fireplace and a television with VCR, DVD and satellite dish reception. In addition there is a stereo radio and CD player for your listening enjoyment.

The kitchen and dining area is superb with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and dishwasher with beautiful cabinetry and stone counters which will surely make your stay in the kitchen an enjoyable one. This is an eat - in kitchen with a huge harvest table with seating for eight in comfort.

There are 2 bedrooms in this upper level with a double bed in the master and
two single beds in the other, In addition there is a beautifully designed,
full four piece bathroom for your convenience.

There is a spacious laundry on this level with washer / dryer, sink
and lots of counter space for all your laundry needs

There is a loft above the upper level where the children can play and there is a sitting area, games or puzzle table and a small office with phone line if the executive in the family needs to keep in touch with his or her office on their lap top computer.

Throughout the cottage there are decorating accents which provide warmth
and interest to an already outstanding accommodation.

Lower Level

This lower level is designed as a stand alone unit with it's own kitchen, dining area, bedrooms and bathroom. Needless to say, this brings a new dimension to this cottage and provides the privacy to to an extended family if needed.

As with the upper level living room, this lower level is equally well furnished with comfortable over stuffed sofas, another stone fireplace and a television with satellite dish for your viewing and listening pleasure.

Once again, the kitchen on this level is outstanding with everything one would need for a delightful stay at the cottage. And needless to say that the dining area is most appropriate for a cottage of this distinction.

As with the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms to sleep four more in comfort on two single beds in each bedroom. In addition there is another bathroom with stand up shower and a stone top vanity for your convenience.

Outside

As spectacular as this cottage is on the inside, you will not believe the outside which starts with real interesting decking off the upper level which overlooks the property from the cottage to the river. This cottage is on 16 acres of property with cross country and snowmobile trails throughout the 16 acres. Walk along the river and stop to rest at several spots along the way and marvel at the birds and wildlife in this protected sanctuary. If walking, skiing or snowmobiling during your vacation is not a part of the plan, park yourself beside one of the stone fireplaces with your favorite book and libation in hand and remain there until the thought of all that outdoor activity goes away.
This all sounds too good to be true so you will have to pinch yourself every once in the while to make sure you're not dreaming. Needless to say, this is an outstanding vacation property and worthy of your serious consideration. It's relatively close to Belleville, it's newly built with lots to see and do and good to go when you are.
