COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This immaculate bungalow cottage is located on a year round accessible road. Buckhorn Lake is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway and offers miles of recreational boating. The cottage is approximately 2 hours from Toronto and is about 5 minutes from the town of Buckhorn. The town offers services such as LCBO, Foodland, bank ATM, restaurants and more. There are nearby golf courses (www.sixfootbay.ca) and you can find more information about the area by referring to www.buckhorncanada.org.
The cottage has vaulted ceilings and maple hardwood floors. The open concept living area includes a kitchen, dining room and great room with a fireplace. From the great room there are patio doors that lead to a large deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and all needed amenities. The dining area and great room offers lots of light from the many windows. There is satellite TV and VCR/DVD.
Bring your own linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, dish clothes, dish towels, garbage bags and toiletries) and drinking water.

Very peaceful and relaxing, the deck/view is spectacular! We have rented for the past 3 summers as well as a couple weekend getaways during the winter. It is a true escape from the city. Cottage is bright and clean and very comfortable.

- Booking Deposit: Completed application and signed terms & conditions required along with 50% rental fee also post dated cheque for 30 days in advance of booking with balance of rental fee. If rental date is less than 30 days full amount due.
- Damage Deposit: A $300 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to rental. We will mail out a cheque once an inspection has been completed after rental.
- Cancellations: Full refund within 90 days of rental date or we will do our best to accomodate at another date. This will be discussed and agreed upon prior to renting.
