COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This cottage is soooo cozy, soooo neat, soooo tidy and on the famous 5 lake chain of Haliburton County !!!
It all starts with a living room surrounded by knotty pine and furnished with a sofa and two chairs as well as a wood burning stove, a TV / DVD and a radio / CD / cassette player.
The country kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area with one of the great views in the Highlands.
This cottage comes with 3 bedrooms to sleep eight in 2 doubles and a set of double bunks. And if more privacy is needed, the sofa in the living room is a double sofa bed. This cottage also comes with a modern bathroom with stand up shower for your convenience.
Being a true cottage, there is a screened in sunroom with several chairs and that beautiful view of Soyers Lake.
Outside
This delightful cottage is situated on the 5 lake chain of Haliburton County in the Haliburton Highlands. This cottage is not only for the lovers of older traditional cottages, it offers easy access to Haliburton Village or Minden off County Road 21. For those of you into boating, there is a marina close by for all your boating needs and there are a number of golf courses within minutes. As you exit this cozy cottage you are on a deck with one of the great views in the Highlands as you barbeque the dinner of the day on your own gas barbeque. There is an additional deck at the shore where you can watch and supervise the kids at your child safe beach with a nice sandy bottom. From this shore deck, there will be a ramp attached to a floating dock to handle your motor boat if you bring your own water craft. When the spirit moves you, there is a row boat, canoe and paddle boat for your on water enjoyment. And in the evening enjoy one of those popular marshmallow roasts as the sun goes down. All in all, this cottage offers everything you will need for a memorable vacation in cottage country.

- Booking Deposit: Half of the base rental amount.
- Damage Deposit: $500.00 refundable security deposit if there was no damage, long distance phone or satellite charges, garbage left behind or extraordinary cleaning needed. The deposit is kept for 45 days.
