COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This is a very popular summer rental and the winter is just as fine !!!

This cottage will please the family looking for something different than their home in the city. The nicely furnished living room includes comfortable sofas and chairs, a wood burning stove and a quality TV / VCR, satellite dish, DVD Player and stereo radio,cassette and CD player sound system.

The kitchen comes equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffeemaker. Just off the kitchen there is a comfortable dining area for 10 people to eat in comfort.

There are 4 bedrooms with 4 twin size, a double and a queen size for sleeping comfort. In addition there are 2 bathrooms for your convenience
and a washer / dryer for all your laundering needs.

And this year there is a newly decorated rec room with fridge to cool your drinks, a table to play cards or assemble a jigsaw puzzle, a TV with VCR and a sofa and futon for your lounging pleasure.
There is also a second bathroom for your convenience.

Outside

Outside is an absolute joy with a full width deck and a propane barbeque for Chef Frosty. This cottage is on Soyers Lake which is part of a 5 lake chain with Head, Grass, Kashagawigamog and Canning Lakes and conveniently located between Haliburton Village and Minden. The villages have great shops, large food stores, restaurants, beer stores, LCBO, pharmacies, health care facilities, gas stations as well as theatres. Sir Sam's Ski Area is about a 1/2 hour drive and there are groomed snowmobile and x-country trails nearby.
