COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This cottage keeps getting better, year after year !!!

The nicely furnished living room comes with large leather sectional, lazy boy, wood burning fireplace and TV / VCR with satellite dish.

The spacious kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and the ever popular dishwasher. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area which seats 8 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter for the kids. In addition, there is also a washer dryer for all your laundry needs.

This spacious cottage will sleep a maximum of 10 people in 6 bedrooms with 4 queen size and 5 twin size beds. In addition there are two 4 piece bathroom
and one 3 piece bathroom for your convenience.

In the lower level there is a large rec room with several sofas and chairs, another television (big screen), a full wet bar, card table and chairs,
bistro table and chairs, a billiard table and fire place for your enjoyment.
Rec rooms don't get much better than this.

Outside

Outside is a world unto itself with an upper and lower deck. The spacious
upper deck has a propane barbeque for the Chef de Upper Deck.

Shadow Lake is a good size lake running North to South into the Gull River and onto Balsum Lake. The fishing is good so bring your gear for bass, whitefish and muskie. This cottage is surrounded by several villages with the closest being 4 minutes to the Village of Norland, 10 minutes to Coboconk and for a change of pace, Casino Rama is an easy 1/2 hour drive.
