COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This is a very nice cottage at an affordable price.

The living room comes complete with a sofa, love seat, another chair, wood burning stove and a television / DVD combination with satellite reception. In addition this is a nice bright room because of the floor to ceiling windows in this Viceroy designed cottage.

The well equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, crock pot and there is a washer elsewhere in the cottage. This is an eat-in kitchen with a very nice dining table, comfortable seating for 6 and there is a foldout table for the rest if needed.

The cottage has 3 nicely furnished bedrooms to sleep 8 on 3 double size beds and a queen size bed in the master bedroom.

And for your convenience, there is a full 4 piece bathroom.

Outside

This cottage is situated on Ross Lake which is a smaller lake about 2 kilometers due west of Haliburton Lake in the Haliburton Highlands. As you exit the cottage, there is a large full width, child safe deck with a propane barbecue for the Executive Chef of the family. The cottage is within 20 minutes of Eagle Lake Village where there is a good country store for supplies and the ever popular Sir Sam's Ski Area. With 12 runs, 4 chair lifts and their own snow making equipment, quality skiing and snowboarding is assured. If you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is another 15 minute drive from Eagle Lake where you will find large food stores, restaurants, service stations, hardware, pharmacies, live entertainment and a hospital if health care is needed. If snowmobiling is your passion, this cottage is near the HCSA Trail 10 with connections to Primary Top Trail B and E.
