COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This one is brand new and fresh out of the box. If you are looking for privacy, and peace and quiet, it doesn't get much better than this.

The living room has comfort written all over it with overstuffed sofas and chairs, an entertainment centre with TV/DVD and satellite dish and huge windows overlooking the woods, pond and deck.

The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker and dishwasher. There is a washer/ dryer as well for all your laundry needs. Just off the kitchen there is a bright and comfortable dining area with seating for 6 or there are a couple of comfortable stools at the food preparation island where one can eat as well.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms including a superb master bedroom loft with queen size bed and ensuite with Jacuzzi and stone vanity. The second and third bedrooms also have queen size beds and there is another full 4 piece washroom for your convenience. In addition there is a laundry room for all your laundering needs.

Outside

As stated previously, this cottage is on a large pond which is over 8 square acres in size. As you exit the cottage there is a comfortable deck with a propane barbeque for the Chef de Frozen Pond. This cottage is within 15 minutes of Haliburton Village where there are supplies, shops, entertainment and excellent restaurants. Sir Sam's Ski Area is only a 30 minute drive from the cottage and groomed snow mobile trails can be found throughout Haliburton County
