COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This economical beauty is on a smaller highland lake and within a 15 minute drive of the village of Haliburton.
It all begins with a very comfortable sunken living room with 2 sofas, a couple of easy chairs, a television, VCR, DVD, satellite dish and a beautiful stone fireplace.
The kitchen is second to none with outstanding cabinetry, lots of counter and food preparation space, a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen there is a separate, very attractive dining area.
There are 3 bedrooms in this cottage including a master bedroom with it's own balcony which is the ideal venue for that early morning coffee or late evening cocktail as you overlook beautiful Portage Lake. In additional there is a full 4 piece bathroom for your convenience.
The glassed in, screened in sunroom completes the cottage with a sofa and love seat as well as a bumper pool table which easily converts to a card table for your enjoyment.
