COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

Economical, Close To Snowmobile Trails and Sir Sam's Ski Area !!!

You will find the living room inviting and comfortable with a superb view of Portage Lake. Relax on a new sofa and two lounge chairs while enjoying satellite television on a flat screen or curl up in front of the wood burning stove and watch one of the many movies on the DVD or VHS player. For your listening pleasure there is also a Sony stereo/CD player.

The well equipped kitchen includes the usual fridge, stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc, etc, etc…and a chic breakfast bar.

There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds. The 3 rd bedroom with its bunk beds includes a TV/ VCR and Play Station 2, great for when the adults want some grown up time. In addition, the spotless 3-piece bathroom includes a neo-angle shower stall with good water pressure for your convenience.

Outside

Facing the lake there is a dandy furnished, child safe deck with a table, four chairs as well as two additional Haliburton chairs for your lounging pleasure. This cottage is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Haliburton Village where there are large food stores, shops, gas stations, LCBO, beer store and entertainment. In addition, Sir Sam's Ski Area is an easy 1/2 hour drive from the cottage. So if you are ready, this cottage is good to go.
