COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
The cottage is modern and fully equipped with dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, stove, a BBQ, washer, dryer, dishwasher, TV/DVD, Bell/ExpressVu, fireplace, laundry facilities. Bedrooms: on the main level, 1st bedroom has a double, 2nd bedroom has a double plus 1 set of bunk beds, the 3rd bedroom has a queen. There is a full bathroom with bathtub/shower and a powder room. Living room with fireplace and TV.
A beautiful newly renovated 5 bedroom cottage on Pelaw Lake with easy water access to the deep clear pristine nine mile long stretch of water formed by the Redstone/Little Redstone chain of lakes.
On the lower level there are 2 additional bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the lower level. There is a games room with foosball table, air hockey game & a games table. There is also a den with a 42” TV for your viewing pleasure.
The lot is large, private and flat. The 200’ of sandy shoreline has a gradual water entry for everyone’s enjoyment. Wonderful beach for children.
This cottage provides a cozy setting for a wonderful family holiday. The cottage comes with 2 large canoes and a 14’ aluminum boat. For insurance reasons, life jackets are not provided, they are the renter’s responsibility.
