COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
Situated on beautiful Little Kennisis Lake, this cottage on a half acre of property is just perfect for the young executive family who are looking for the cottage they deserve. The living room comes complete with comfortable sofas surrounding the wood burning stove, and a TV/VCR/DVD combo with satellite dish.
The lady of the house will be pleased with the kitchen which comes equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender and the ever popular dishwasher.
Just off the kitchen there is an eating area which can seat 6 in comfort while overlooking the lake at your door.
There are 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms capable of sleeping 8 in comfort
in 3 doubles and a set of bunks with a double size bottom and a single
top. There are also 2 bathrooms for your convenience. In addition there is a washer / dryer for your laundry needs.
The lower level has a propane stove, comfortable chairs, dry bar, dart board and an air hockey game as well as a walkout to the lower patio. This level also has a bedroom mentioned above the utility room.
