COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This is a brand new listing certainly worthy of your consideration.
The living room comes with all new floors, a large stone fireplace, sofa,
numerous chairs and a TV / DVD combination with satellite reception.
The kitchen comes with new everything, new floors, counters, cabinetry and
newer appliances. You can eat in this eat-in kitchen and if more dining area is needed, there is plenty of additional dining space in the sunroom.
There are 3 bedrooms in the cottage including a master with double bed, another double in bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 comes with 2 singles. In addition there is a double sofa bed in the living room if needed. There is a new bathroom with a dandy soaker tub and shower for your convenience.
The sunroom comes fully furnished with a sofa, love seat a chair and there is plenty of room at the end of the sunroom where there is an additional dining area for your eating pleasure.
