COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
A Cottage And Guest House Delight On Lake Kashagawigamog.
This fine cottage is back for another season and we are proud to represent this property. The main cottage sleeps 4 and the guest house sleeps another 4 if you need the space and or privacy.
The main cottage comes nicely furnished with sofa, chairs and TV/VCR with satellite dish and DVD player in the living room.
There is a very well equipped and spacious kitchen with with fridge, stove,
microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen there is a good size dining area to seat 8 in comfort.
The 2 bedrooms sleep 4 in comfort in a double size and 2 twins. There is also a new 3 piece washroom with stand up shower for your convenience.
Outside
Outside is just as fine as inside with a furnished and now screened sun room and a deck with table, chairs and umbrella. As you make your way to the shoreline, you find a gradual entry sandy beach and your own dock with a
row boat and canoe for your on water pleasure. If you bring your own watercraft, there is an excellant marina close by for all your boating needs.
The Guest House
The totally self contained guest house includes a small living room, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, sink and counter.
There are 2 bedrooms with a double and 2 singles as well a a full 3 piece washroom with stand up shower for your additional convenience. In addition, there is a second television with satellite dish in the guest house for your viewing pleasure.
Outside, the guest house has it's own furnished deck for your lounging pleasure. Lake Kashagawigamog is part of the famous 5 lake chain of
Haliburton County and known for it's bass fishing.
This cottage is conveniently located close to the Village of Haliburton
and the various campuses of the Haliburton School of Fine Arts.
If golf is your passion, there are several golf courses nearby to test your skill.

- Damage Deposit: $500.00 refundable security deposit if there was no damage, long distance phone or satellite charges, garbage left behind or extraordinary cleaning needed. The deposit is kept for 45 days.
