COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

Drive to this beauty on Schyler's Island - Horseshoe Lake .

The living room features comfortable sofas and chairs, hardwood maple floors, a propane stove, television, DVD and satellite dish.

The kitchen is as you would suspect, nothing but quality. There is a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. This is an eat-in kitchen with a good size table to seat four in comfort and on the deck there is a table with seating for an additional four.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the cottage. All bedrooms feature a
queen size bed and the master has an ensuite bathroom for your convenience.

Outside:

As you exit the upper level of the cottage you enter a large furnished wrap around deck with table, umbrella, comfortable seating and a good view of Horseshoe Lake. From this upper level there are stairs leading to a lower level hot tub deck. In addition, there is a patio off the lower level exit from the living room where you will find your propane barbeque for the Executive Family Chef. As you can see below, the property shoreline is a very safe, very gradual beach with sandy bottom. Needless to say, this is a child's delight. Those who know Horseshoe Lake will agree that Schyler's Island is a very desirable location on this popular lake. The island is joined to the main land by a causeway built many years ago by the inhabitants of the island. If you are into golf, your cottage is within 5 minutes of Blairhampton Golf and Country Club, arguably the best golf course in the Haliburton Highlands.
