COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
Do not pass this one up before reading every word that follows and viewing each and every picture.
The spacious living room is very tastefully furnished with a sofa, several chairs, a television with DVD and satellite dish as well as a propane stove.
The kitchen is complete in every way with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and Mom's favorite, a dishwasher. just off the kitchen is a most attractive dining area with a large harvest table with seating for eight in comfort.
This cottage features 3 delightful bedrooms with 2 doubles and 2 twins and if needed there are 2 additional twin size day beds in the sunroom if needed. In addition there is a large three piece bathroom for your convenience.
We predict that the screened in sunroom will become the favorite room in the cottage with plenty of seating , a table with chairs and perhaps one of the greatest views in cottage country but we will let you draw your own conclusions.
Outside :
As difficult as it will be to leave the comfort of the cottage, a very nice deck awaits with comfortable Muskoka chairs and a propane barbeque for the family Chef de Jour. We warn you, the view is intoxicating. As you step down off the deck to this flat property, there is a nice grassed in play area for lawn games, a picnic table, a fire pit and your dock with a canoe, row boat and paddleboat for your on water pleasure. Beside your cottage property there is a foot bridge to the peninsula on your right where there is a clear water swimming area which has a gradual entry off flat rock to deeper water swimming beyond. If diving off a dock is your passion, there is another dock on the peninsula with a good ladder for exiting the water. This peninsula is also owned by the owner of your cottage so you have every right to use this property where there is also a horseshoe pit for your use.
