COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

They've done it again, another owner with a wonderful flair for decoration and design.

The living room is super comfortable with a sofa, a love seat and a couple of chairs.

The kitchen is outstanding with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. The only decision to be made is who will get to do the cooking in this great kitchen?

There are actually three areas where one can dine, there are the stools at the counter in the kitchen, there is the large harvest table in the formal dining area just off the kitchen and there is the sun room between the kitchen and the deck. No matter where you choose to eat, there is plenty of comfortable eating space for one and all.

The master bedroom is indeed masterful with an outstanding queen size bed, bench, bureaus and an entrance to the main bathroom. There is another entrance to the bathroom off the hall outside the master bedroom.

Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds for a total of 6 sleeping spaces in this cottage. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the rec room.

The major room in the lower level is the rec room which includes a sofa bed, 2 chairs, a card table with several chairs and a television with a VCR, DVD and satellite dish for your video viewing pleasure. There is also a selection of video tapes and board games for your enjoyment.

The screened in sun room mentioned before has a table, several chairs and a nice view of Gull Lake.This may become the favored venue for most meals during your vacation.

Outside:

As you exit the upper level of the cottage there is a large deck with several deck chairs, potted plants, a propane barbeque for Chef Marvelous and a great view of the property and Gull Lake. As you make your way to the shore there is a slight incline but easily navigated. At the shore there is an extensive dock due to the very gradual, child safe, sandy bottom. The view from shore is very attractive with islands in the distance. Do not forget your fishing gear because there are bass, trout and whitefish in the lake. Gull Lake is rather substantial being a good 7 km long and 4 km wide at it's widest point.
