COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

It all starts with a nicely furnished living room with comfortable sofas
and a wood burning stone fireplace.

The well equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, clothes washer and the ever popular dishwasher. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area with good size dining table with seating for eight.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms on the main floor with two queen size beds, a double and a crib for the wee one if needed. There is sleeping for 2 more on a portage queen size air bed in the living room or screened porch which would suit a couple of kids nicely. In addition there is a full four piece bath for your convenience. There are several small kid's things such as a crib, high chair, baby gate and a selection of toys.

Outside:

As nice as this cottage is on the inside, the outside is spectacular to say the least. This 2 acre property is relatively flat and as you exit the cottage there is a large deck for your lounging pleasure. The decking is on two levels and from the upper deck area, there is a good view of the shoreline as the children play in full view from this vantage point. In
addition there is a secondary deck with table chairs and umbrella if you wish to eat outside. Surrounding the cottage there are large grassed in areas for lawn games and there is a volleyball / badminton net and croquette
for your enjoyment.
