COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This 3 bedroom cottage and bunkie sits on a rise above beautiful Drag Lake and is ideal for the larger family looking for an ideal vacation in the Haliburton Highlands.
The nicely furnished living room comes complete with comfortable sofas and
chairs, a propane fireplace, and a high definition TV / DVD with satellite dish for your viewing and listening pleasure.

The spacious country kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher and all the extras you will need to make your time in the kitchen a pleasant one.

The cottage is a back split which results in the kitchen being above and overlooking the living room allowing for easy conversation with friends and family.

The 3 bedrooms include 2 queen size and a set of single bunks. The bunkie is ideal for the kids with sleeping for an additional 4 people. In addition, there is a full 4 piece bathroom with Jacuzzi for your convenience.

Outside:

Outside is nothing short of amazing with a few different areas for separate gatherings at the same time. At the cottage there is a good size screened in area if the pesky critters are on the wing. Down a few stairs is the main deck with propane barbeque for the Chef de Outdoors as well as table
and chairs for your lounging and dining pleasure. Your privacy is assured due to the wooded properties on either side of the cottage. At the shore there is yet another sitting area at a shore deck under canvas with a breathtaking view of Drag Lake. Just beyond this area there is your private dock with canoe and paddleboat for your on the water pleasure. The shoreline is rocky so it's swimming off the dock into some of the clearest water you can imagine.
