COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This bright 3 bedroom cottage on beautiful Diamond Lake has just about everything your family will need for a delightful vacation.

The nicely furnished living room comes with a wood burning stove,
comfy sofa and chairs, TV/VCR with satellite dish and large windows which face the lake front.

The kitchen comes complete with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster,
coffee maker and all the pots and pans needed for a pleasant stay in the kitchen.

There is a food preparation island or eat at bar which separates the kitchen from the dining area. Within the dining area there is a large harvest table
to easily seat 6 to 8 people in comfort.

There are 3 bedrooms which contain 2 kings, and a set of single top / double bottom bunks.

There are now 2 bathrooms for your convenience.

In the lower level there is a second sitting area and bathroom which will be perfect for the kids to have their privacy. There is a ping pong table and dart board in this area and we will keep you posted as the lower level developes.

Outside is simply great with an absolute child safe deck overlooking the
property and shoreline. There is a child safe gradual entry sandy beach which the kids will live on while at this cottage. At the shoreline there is
also a good size dock where you will find your row boat, canoe and paddle boat for your on water pleasure.

For a change of pace, head for the lake where the bass and trout fishing is fine and the scenery is breathtaking .

This cottage is within 20 minutes of Bancroft and in the middle of the gem belt area.
