COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This is a fine cottage featuring knotty pine interior throughout
and moss formations outside which are truly outstanding and unique .

The living room includes a wood burning stove, two sofas, two chairs and a television with VCR
and DVD for your video viewing pleasure. All this and the view from the living room is outstanding.

The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender,
Melita coffee maker and all the pots, pans, cutlery and dishware needed for a great vacation.

There are three nicely furnished bedrooms in this cottage with a total of 2 double beds and two singles for your sleeping comfort. In addition and for your convenience there is a three piece bathroom with stand up shower.

Outside:

As you exit the cottage, there is a well furnished wrap around deck with many upright and Haliburton loungers for your enjoyment as you look out over this beautiful property and the shimmering waters of Allen Lake beyond. In addition there is a propane barbeque for Chef
(B.B.Q.) Sauce. Chef Sauce will have to be very careful not to burn the burgers and dogs while enjoying the view. This cottage is in Harcourt Park which is a private reserve for cottage owners, friends and renters and as such, no private boats are allowed to be put in the waters of the several lakes within the park. However, this cottage comes equipped with a canoe and kayak for your on water enjoyment. The shoreline is great for kids because of the gradual entry and sandy bottom and in addition there is a good size dock for your use. In the dock area there is a fire pit which is so popular with the kids in the evening for their marshmallow roasts.
In addition, considering that this is Harcourt Park, as guests in the Park you are welcome to use the Community Centre, Park Trails, tennis courts and children programs at the community centre which are run for cottage owners and their guests which you are if you rent this cottage.
