Situated on beautiful 12 Mile Lake,
this great cottage has 3 bedrooms to sleep
eight in a double bed, a double/single bunk
and a single set of bunks. Maximum
number in cottage is 8 people.

The well equipped kitchen comes complete
with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster,
blender and coffee maker.


There is a delightful eating area off the
kitchen or you can eat outside on the deck overlooking the lake.

The living room includes hidabed sofa
and chair plus a TV / VCR / DVD,
radio CD player and stone fireplace.

There is also a 4 piece washroom and a
washer for your convenience.


Outside is superb with a spacious
furnished deck with gas BBQ overlooking
your sandy gradual entry beach and dock
with a canoe and paddleboat.

water to explore considering that 12 Mile
Lake is part of 3 lake chain with Little
