COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

This uniquely designed cottage on 12 Mile Lake is sure to please those
people who wait all day for the sunsets. With a northwest exposure,
picture yourself outside on the deck after your perfectly barbequed steak, with your favourite beverage in hand watching the sun go
down on a mountain lake. It doesn't get much better than this.


The nicely furnished living room as you see has a stone fireplace, TV/VCR,
satellite dish and a commanding view of the great outdoors.

The kitchen comes complete
with fridge, stove, toaster,
microwave, coffee maker
and the ever popular dishwasher .

Just off the kitchen there is a
beautiful dining area with a table
and comfortable seating for 6.





This 3 bedroom cottage sleeps 6 in comfort in 2 queens and a set of single size bunks. There is a full
4 piece bathroom and a 2 piece washroom ensuite off the master bedroom for your convenience.


Outside:

Outside enjoy your full width 1000 square foot child safe furnished deck. The nicely treed property has a gentle slope to the lake where you will find your extensive deep water dock with
your canoe and gradual entry sandy bottom shoreline for your swimming
pleasure. In addition there is a substantial shore deck at the foot of a waterfall
when it comes time to view those glorious northern cottage country sunsets.
There is yet another furnished deck at the rear of the cottage as well as a
Barbeque Deck with propane barbeque and a bar to have a drink in the
shade while Chef Steak and Burger prepares the evening meal. And when
the competitive spirit moves you there is a horseshoe pit, volleyball and badminton
court, foosball and ping pong table at your disposal. Twelve Mile Lake is part of a 3 lake
chain so there is plenty of water to explore and there is a marina close by for all your boating
needs. If golf is your game there are several golf courses to choose from and the Villages of Minden and Haliburton are an easy 10 and 20 minute drive respectively from the cottage.
